Crafted from 100% homegrown wool, our Bitterroot beanie is a true expression of Montana heritage. The wool is raised right here in the Tobacco Root Valley, sourced from our own Targhee Rambouillet sheep. After being processed by a local mill, we hand-dye the yarn ourselves, creating what we proudly call a true MONTANA YARN. The Bitterroot color is inspired by the iconic pink Bitterroot flower — Montana’s state flower — which blooms across our valleys and hillsides each spring.
